Post requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, aged 26-35;

2. 3 years experience in MODULE (LCM) FA engineering, familiar with material characteristics and analysis process and method; Proficient in using 8D report, oscilloscope, multimeter and other system tools.

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for functional problem analysis of LCD module (LCM) production process, especially COG and FOG process;

2. Timely feedback to responsible units/personnel for improvement of daily problems and analyzed reasons for defects, so as to improve the yield of products;

3. Assist the quality Department to analyze the functional problems reported by customers and provide reports;

4. Assisted THE R&D department to analyze the poor functionality in the trial production process of new products, and timely output improvement measures.

2. 3 years IE engineering experience in electronics, at least 1 year IE engineering experience in LIQUID crystal display module (LCM), familiar with the production process and analysis methods, familiar with six Sigma green belt skills

1. Responsible for the establishment and training of the company's lean culture, promoting lean production and various improvement activities, and able to independently lead and promote improvement projects;

2. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of lean project and lean 6S, regularly checking, following up and summarizing, and organizing meetings for review;

3. Maintained the daily implementation and monitoring of the overall efficiency system of the company through TPM, production and equipment departments, and improved the overall production efficiency of the company;

4. Responsible for workshop planning and logistics optimization analysis, able to lead workshop layout planning;

5. Responsible for the optimization of production capacity, workshop manpower and measurement of working hours.
