Post requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, 33-45 years old;
2. More than 10 years' working experience in LCM industry in production management and quality management of size intelligent screen, more than 5 years' working experience as department manager;
3. Familiar with LCM industry product quality standards, solid theoretical basis of quality management and after-sales management experience;
Proficient in LCM module production process and product technology, quality management, ISO9001 quality management system; Proficient in QC7 technique is preferred.
Job responsibilities
1. Implement and implement the quality policy of the enterprise;
2. Responsible for planning, launching, Executing and supervising the department's work objectives;
3. Quality management system establishment, continuous optimization planning and implementation;
4. Led quality education, department personnel management and skill training;
5. SPC work promotion and QCC activity planning and promotion;
6. Responsible for quality after-sales service of Sichuan Company;
7. Responsible for the performance appraisal and management of department staff, and realize the reasonable allocation of human resources
